Ive had a couple of panic attacks for the past month and have some symptoms. One of them is that I have loss my appetite, but its weird because I can eat things that I really enjoy eating. I get sweaty hands all the time but its not like im having a panic attacks at the time. Also when I go outside or something it feels like the world outside looks like a dream. I get panicky sometimes when that happens. I dont know what to do anymore, any help would be appreciated THANKS

I have Bipolar Disorder and take 150mg of Lamictal and have been experiencing high anxiety, paranoia, panic attacks etc. I was prescribed 10mg of Abilify to see if it would help. I’m not sure how long it takes to take ‘effect’ and am nervous about the side affects. Resperidone made me go crazy and i felt like i had no energy or motivation anymore. How about this Abilify medication?

Does anyone know if it has helped them? Please need answers.
do not give me answers for medications such as lorezapam or diazapam. those are addictive and i do not want to experience withdrawls. and my doctor doesn’t want me to use them.
i have taken them, they work great! i just do not want to become addicted.

help?
