Coping skills and the best ways to stop anxiety.
(i.e: adrenal cortex secretion, brain function, etc)
So every now and then (usually a few times a day) I get a feeling of apprehension and complete uneasiness. My heart doesn’t beat faster, I don’t sweat, or get any physical side effects really, but this feeling drives me nuts and leaves me uncomfortable. Is it an anxiety attack or something else?
I also have depression, self-loathing and depersonalization - although it’s gotten better in the recent months.
I suffer from weird mental symptoms of depression and anxiety due to problems i faced and still face since 3 yrs.. some of these symptoms are irrational thoughts and breathing problems.. what i want to know is that when i fix my problems and get out of depression, will these weird symptoms go?? Will i return normal? Please ppl who don’t know don’t answer thx
I prefer answers from ppl who experienced these symptoms before.
I have read that some antidepressents can help people deal with social anxiety. Has anyone experienced or know if this is true? Also if they do help, how do the effects feel? Do they make you more self confident or not as nervous during certain situations? Thanks
