I have been perscribed .50 millagrams of xanax to use as needed for my panic disorder… I am taking 60 millagrams of prozac for OCD and major depression… I am wondering if xanax is okay for long term use or if there is another less addictive drug for anxiety disorders…
I have a large amount of the Gotu Kola plant growing in the backyard and was wondering how I prepare/ use this in helping/ treating anxiety as I have been suffering from anxiety for about 8 months now.
Do I just eat it? If so, how many leaves do I have to eat?
Or do I prepare it in a certain way?
How do I use/ prepare this plant for the use of helping with anxiety?

Sometimes I will get this hot feeling through my body and I will start to sweat and my stomach will hurt and sometimes I will feel like I am going to throw up.Is this an anxiety attack or a panic attack?

For the past year or so, I’ve gotten depressed very easily. I avoid most people that want to become close to me….I always want to be alone. I have very low self-esteem. My doctor has put me on Celexa, which treats anxiety. But I’m still not back to normal. I still feel…hollow. Has anyone else felt like this before? Does anyone have any suggestions to help get my life back in order??
