I have terrible anxiety and lately Ive been having anxiety attacks, What are some things u do to calm yourself down while having an anxiety attack??

like somewhat controllable but hard to control and for example when you exercise your muscles shake way more than anyone else, when you are in shape. Also if you try to hold your arm up strait your hand will shake.. more of a shaking issue than anxiety.. im guessing anxiety could cause it.. idk

I have been taking Geodon (20 mg) in addition to Lexapro (30 mg) and Klonopin (1 mg 2-3x/day) to treat my anxiety. I still experience bad anxiety at times but the medication has helped to some degree. I am not sure how well the Geodon is working and I find that it makes me very sleepy and difficult to wake up in the morning. I want to get off it. Has anyone else had similar experiences with this drug? Did it help with your anxiety? How did you get off it and what were the withdrawal effects? Thanks
